Francesca Noemi Marconi

10+ years across cultural insight, UX methodology, and digital strategy,  from luxury e-commerce and NGOs to top-ranked business schools.

It all began with a university exam on Papal Iconography. While studying those universal symbols, I discovered my interest in visual communication and graphic language: how meaning is encoded, and how people decode it without even noticing. After classical high school, I earned a diploma in advertising graphics and explored the creative potential of web design and interactive user experiences, always with a strong focus on aesthetics. Alongside this, I hold a degree in Anthropology and, in 2019, I completed a Master’s in Marketing & Communication.

Today I design digital experiences that combine technical rigor with cultural sensitivity, shaped by years of moving across disciplines, contexts, and communities.

Experience
& Education

With over 10 years of experience in cultural institutions and fast-paced, marketing-driven companies, including luxury e-commerce, mass-market brands, and mobile media, I apply my design expertise to both creative and technical digital projects. Alongside these roles, I’ve taken on small independent projects for direct clients and friends, developing tailored solutions driven by specific goals and niche audiences.

 Currently part of the marketing team at SDA Bocconi University, I focus on developing digital solutions that combine design with user insights.

Moreover, volunteering on the ground with refugees in Greece and women in India has further shaped my approach to technology as a tool for inclusion, with greater sensitivity toward usability and broader accessibility.
